University of Toronto, on its own printed scale

Toronto publishes the whole mapping in a single table: A+ at 90 to 100 per cent and 4.0, A at 85 to 89 and 4.0, A- at 80 to 84 and 3.7, B+ at 77 to 79 and 3.3. That is a real percentage conversion because the institution states it, and it applies to Toronto transcripts and to nobody else's.
